18-1 Warranty

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Rinehart Targets warrants that its first quality 18-1 block (the “target”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will not wear out from archery shooting, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If within such period the target shall prove to be defective or wears out, Rinehart Targets will provide one (1) replacement target. In order to qualify for this warranty, all 18 sides of the target must be degraded such that an arrow penetrates to the nock. Each target face must have a minimum 3 inch arrow grouping. Neither the rope handle nor the paint is covered by this warranty. Rinehart Targets warranty obligations shall be limited to such repair or replacement, shall be the purchaser’s exclusive remedy hereunder, and shall be conditioned upon return of the target to Rinehart Targets, or its authorized dealer. This warranty shall not apply to any factory second (blemished) target or a first quality target which has been subject to negligence, accident, damage by improper operation, maintenance, or storage, or to any use other than normal personal archery use. This warranty applies to private personal use only, and shall not be applicable for commercial use of the target such as on a dealer or club range. There are no express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the express warranty contained herein. In no event shall Rinehart Targets be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to the purchases. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
